If, for any reason, a piece does not meet your culinary expectations, we are committed to making it right with a seamless and transparent return process.


1. 30-Day Curated Return Window 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition (we appreciate your care in handling).

  • In the original premium packaging (to ensure safe transit back to our suite).

  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase or order number.

2. The Return Process

Initiating a return is simple and handled with personal care:

  1. Contact Our Concierge: Email service@ryzesuperfoods.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Your Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address.

  3. Secure Shipment: Please ensure the item is securely packed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.

3. Damages & Quality Assurance

Upon arrival, please inspect your Ryzesuperfoods collection. If an item arrives damaged or with a rare craft defect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a brief description and a clear photograph of the issue.

  • We will prioritize a complimentary replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, to ensure your kitchen setup remains uninterrupted.

4. Reflections & Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality suite:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s elegance in processing.

5. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of a bespoke laboratory collection.

  • Items showing clear signs of kitchen use, wear, or damage not caused by transit.
